&lt;p&gt;We are looking for Senior Manager - growth, to lead user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization for our commerce app. This role will own end-to-end growth across the customer journey—from discovery and on-boarding to purchase, repeat usage, and lifetime value. You will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to drive scalable growth and measurable business outcomes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What will you be doing?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Growth Strategy &amp;amp; Ownership:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Define and execute scalable, data-backed growth strategies across key commerce metrics including acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, repeat purchase, and revenue growth.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Data &amp;amp; Analytics:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to guide decisions. Build and maintain dashboards to track funnel performance, cohorts, conversion rates, AOV, LTV, and retention across user segments.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;User Acquisition:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies including performance marketing, organic, affiliates, influencers, and partnerships. Optimize CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates in collaboration with marketing and product teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Conversion &amp;amp; Monetization:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Own optimization of key commerce funnels such as product discovery, PDP, cart, checkout, and payments. Drive improvements in conversion rate, AOV, and overall revenue through experimentation and product enhancements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Retention &amp;amp; Engagement:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Drive repeat usage and customer loyalty through lifecycle marketing, personalized communication (push, email, SMS, in-app), and improved post-purchase journeys in partnership with Product and CRM teams.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experimentation &amp;amp; Testing:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Lead a strong experimentation culture by designing and executing A/B and multivariate tests across onboarding, pricing, promotions, UX, and campaigns to improve growth metrics.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Budget &amp;amp; ROI Management:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Own and manage growth budgets, track performance against KPIs, and continuously optimize spend to maximize ROI and business impact.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Market &amp;amp; Customer Insights:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Stay on top of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform targeting, positioning, promotions, and roadmap priorities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cross-functional Collaboration:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Supply, and Business teams to align priorities and execute growth initiatives effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Reporting &amp;amp; Leadership Communication:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br&gt;Present regular updates on growth performance, insights, and roadmap progress to senior leadership. Define and track OKRs to ensure accountability and impact.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is expected out of you?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;8+ years of experience in a high-growth B2C commerce or e-commerce environment&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of driving growth across acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong understanding of performance marketing, commerce funnels, pricing, promotions, and user behavior analytics&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Hands-on experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills&lt;/li&gt;
