&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5–8 years of experience&lt;/strong&gt; in graphic design as a core craft, with exposure to agency and/or in-house brand teams.&lt;br&gt;• A &lt;strong&gt;strong portfolio&lt;/strong&gt; demonstrating concept-led visual thinking, campaign work, and social-first design.&lt;br&gt;• Experience in &lt;strong&gt;fashion, lifestyle, or tech&lt;/strong&gt; categories is a strong plus.&lt;br&gt;• Proven ability to design for &lt;strong&gt;digital platforms and motion/video-led content&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br&gt;• Deep interest in &lt;strong&gt;American pop culture&lt;/strong&gt; and the ability to design for US consumer sensibilities.&lt;br&gt;• Experience creating for &lt;strong&gt;global or multi-market audiences&lt;/strong&gt; is a bonus.&lt;br&gt;• A collaborative, proactive designer who adapts quickly and takes ownership.&lt;br&gt;• Comfort experimenting with or integrating &lt;strong&gt;AI tools&lt;/strong&gt; into the design process.&lt;/li&gt;
